What is Weberwear's return policy?
Answer:
Stock items may be returned (un-modified, hemmed to your needs, or changed in any way) within 30 days of shipping date. The shipping date will be listed on the bottom of the packing slip/invoice. The item(s) must be unworn, unused, and unwashed to be eligible for a return/ refund.
"Special orders" made "just for you" with your specifications are non-returnable and non-refundable.
How can these garments be laundered while worn in the hospital?
Answer:
The basic fabric of the gowns, solid concealor, shorts and pants are designed to either machine wash and dry OR to hand wash in the hospital bathroom and hang to dry. It only takes 2-3 hours for the garment to dry and it is ready to put back on.
Some families want their loved one to have the dignity and comfort of Weberwear at all times. These people purchase two sets of the garments for their loved one.
One of the safety features of Weberwear is that it is so distinctive that the patient has some unique identity and has less chance of being confused with another patient.
